About Us 

The Dove Restaurant has continually provided each one of its guests with only the finest in Italian-Continental cuisine & Vintage Wines since December 2003. The Dove specializes in creating a uniquely thoughtful atmosphere, which will not only excite one tastes, but provide the perfect dining experience.

The newly renovated Dove Restaurant is quaintly located near the border of Orchard Park, NY, and features dishes ranging from mouthwatering steaks, seafood, and chicken to an assortment of pastas and fresh salads.

While everything on The Dove's delicious lunch and dinner menus are always cooked to perfection, there are a few standout dishes that can not go without special mention:

 "Chateaubriand" 

(served with 5 different sides on one platter, along with another

two sauces for the filet, which is cooked to your liking) 

"Shrimp Scampi"

(served with the shrimp standing up, with lemon & butter

drizzled over the dish, and complimented with a side of pasta)

In addition to these wonderful options, The Dove provides fresh bread daily, along with homemade deserts, including Tiramisu & Italian Cheesecake.

Meet the Owners

The Dove Restaurant owners Sherry Davies and Dina Mattiello have known each other for years. They first met through a mutual friends while playing volleyball, but soon found out they had another common interest; each wanted to own their own business.

Sherry Davies was born and raised in West Seneca, NY, and is a 1984 graduate of West Seneca East High School. Sherry earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Mansfield University, and worked for 16 years in research, 7 of which at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.

Dina Mattiello was raised on Long Island, NY. She studied education at Ithaca College and did her student teaching in Buffalo, NY. While Dina's true passion did not reside in teaching, she did love the WNY area, deciding to call it home.

Either of the two women will be the first to admit that they have very different personalities, both stating that they could never do what the other does. While Dina is the Dove's executive chef, Sherry tends bar on occasion and spends the rest of time greeting and visiting guests. It is this teamwork, along with an amazing and professional staff, that makes The Dove Restaurant truly stand out as a diamond in the ruff.
